Hi all,
Please suggest me some Graphical FTP client which supports SSL / TLS (preferably for the GNOME desktop).
Thanks

CrossFTP (https://www.crossftp.com/) GUI multiplatform client (Java based, binary only, 'free' and Pro versions)
lftp (https://lftp.yar.ru/desc.html) "LFTP is sophisticated file transfer program with command line interface. It supports FTP, HTTP, FISH, SFTP, HTTPS and FTPS protocols. GNU Readline library is used for input. LFTP supports secure versions of the protocols FTP and HTTP: FTPS (explicit and implicit) and HTTPS. LFTP needs to be linked with an SSL library to support them. GNU TLS and OpenSSL are both supported as SSL backend." [lftp and ncftp are my favourites]
TLSWrap (https://freshmeat.net/projects/tlswrap/) "TLSWrap is a TLS/SSL FTP wrapper/proxy for UNIX (including Linux, *BSD, and Solaris) and Windows, allowing you to use your favourite FTP client with any TLS/SSL-enabled FTP server. Features include full encryption of both control and data connections, and support for X.509 PKI certificate handling and validation."
TLSWrap seems like an optimal solution, but YMMV. Pedja

I've used filezilla on windows. (I use the command line on Linux). It seems to support various secure FTP protocols including SSL/TLS.

I am currently using ftp-ssl (https://packages.debian.org/stable/net/ftp-ssl) on Ubuntu which is a SSL wraparound for the normal ftp client and I am able to do my work with it.
Cheers!
